Virtual Adult Autism, ADHD & AuDHD Assessments
Most folks who find me have often been failed by “the system.” You seemed to never show up on anyone’s radar, despite external and internal messaging that you weren’t “doing life right.” You might’ve gotten through it, figured it out, but wondered why it was always so incredibly hard. Often dealing with exhaustion, burnout, (seemingly) untreatable anxiety, panic, or depression, or barely functioning and having no idea why.
Assessment and diagnosis aren't just about checking boxes. They're about finally having language for your own experience.
I specialize in evaluating adults + teens who have been trying to seek out answers for themselves. My approach is specifically designed to capture how those who have spent years compensating, adapting, and ‘making it work’ without ever knowing why it was so hard.
My evaluation approach is best for:
Those who've mastered masking
People whose presentations don't fit stereotypical patterns
Those whose external functioning has hidden what's actually going on internally
People who've been dismissed or misunderstood by previous providers
Anyone navigating overlapping ADHD, (C) PTSD, Depression, Chronic Illness, OCD, Anxiety, and Autism traits
The process is collaborative and transparent. I'm not just administering tests, I'm having real conversations with you about your life, your patterns, and your experience.
You'll walk away with a formal written report and a clearer understanding of yourself than what you came in with.
Hi, I’m Adrienne!
I offer assessments for the following:
Autism Assessment
My thorough diagnostic process uses gold-standard assessment tools, including the MIGDAS-2 (Multilevel Impairment Group Differentiated Autism Spectrum) and SRS-2 (Social Responsiveness Scale), integrated with specialized clinical observation, and many other comprehensive assessments. This approach is particularly attuned to identifying autism presentations that traditional assessments often miss.
Specializing in Complex Presentations:
Identification of subtle, "under the radar" autistic traits
Differential diagnosis to distinguish between overlapping conditions
Recognition of compensatory strategies and masking behaviors
Understanding of how autism presents differently across gender, culture, and life experiences
ADHD Assessment
My thorough diagnostic process utilizes multiple validated assessment tools, including the CAARS-2 (Conners' Adult ADHD Rating Scale), DIVA 2.0 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD), and BRIEF (Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function). This multi-faceted approach ensures we capture the full spectrum of ADHD presentations, particularly those that may have been previously overlooked.
Specializing in Individual ADHD Profiles:
Recognition of unique ADHD manifestations across different life domains
Identification of strengths and challenges specific to your experience
Evaluation of executive functioning patterns in daily life
Assessment of compensatory strategies you've developed
AuDHD Assessment
My thorough diagnostic process uses gold-standard assessment tools for both autism and ADHD, including the MIGDAS-2 (Multilevel Impairment Group Differentiated Autism Spectrum), SRS-2 (Social Responsiveness Scale), and CAARS-2 (Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales), integrated with specialized clinical observation and other comprehensive assessments. This approach is particularly attuned to identifying complex presentations where autism and ADHD overlap, interact, or have masked one another over time.
Specializing in Individual AuDHD Profiles:
Identification of subtle, “under the radar” autistic and ADHD traits
Differential diagnosis to distinguish between autism, ADHD, and overlapping conditions
Recognition of masking and compensatory strategies that can obscure both diagnoses
Understanding of how autism and ADHD interact, sometimes creating seemingly contradictory traits
Recognition of presentations that may look different across gender, culture, and life experiences
Your Assessment Includes:
Comprehensive clinical interviews exploring lifetime patterns and experiences
Validated assessment tools, with formal training and certification in their use
Careful differential diagnosis to explore overlapping and co-occurring conditions
Detailed written diagnostic report with findings and recommendations
A formal written diagnosis with full clinical reasoning
ADA letters for work and/or school accommodations
Interactive feedback session to discuss your results
Discussion and resources for chronic illnesses commonly seen alongside ADHD, autism, and AuDHD
Personalized understanding of how your neurodivergence shows up specifically for you
Recommendations for accommodations and support
Resources, support, and education
You might be wondering: Is this a ‘legit’ evaluation?
Yes! There are different ways to evaluate for Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD, and different clinical training models behind them. My approach is grounded in current research on how Autism and ADHD present in adults and teens, particularly folks who’ve masked, compensated, or were never identified earlier in life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), an independently licensed clinical mental health professional. My clinical licenses allow me to assess and diagnose Autism and ADHD.
I’ve been practicing for 13+ years and hold active clinical licenses in multiple states. I’ve also completed specialized training in the assessment tools I use, including formal certification, and continue ongoing education.
My evaluations result in a formal clinical diagnosis and comprehensive written diagnostic report. If you need an assessment for a specific purpose, we can talk about that during your consult.
For most folks seeking diagnostic clarity, documentation for workplace/school accommodations, treatment planning, or a better understanding of themselves, this evaluation is designed to do exactly that.
Not sure if it’s the right fit? Bring your questions to the consult call. That’s exactly what it’s for!

Have a bunch of diagnoses piling up that don’t seem to fully explain what you’re experiencing, like anxiety or depression
Are navigating EDS, POTS, MCAS, and/or other chronic health conditions commonly seen alongside Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD
Want an evaluator who understands intersectional identities and lived experience
Are seeking documentation for workplace or school accommodations
