After over a decade in the field, my focus is always, first and foremost, on providing a safe and supportive space for each individual. I specialize in working with folks experiencing ADHD, Autism, OCD, Chronic Illness, and Trauma. I help you heal by using specialized education and evidenced based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference Based Cognitive Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment Theory, Brainspotting, and Somatic Healing; I help clients heal from pain, shame, guilt, fear and move into self acceptance, ease, joy, excitement.

Using active listening and supporting you to dig deeper, I accompany you on your path towards healing. Then, I continue to support you as you continue on your journey and showing up in ways that feel more aligned with YOU.

As a queer identifying person, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Additionally, I create a welcoming space for those considering or participating in any type of relationship style including Monogamy, Polyamory, Non Monogamy, and more.

I like for sessions to feel like a flowing conversation where I am prompting you to move within, providing you active tools for change, and creating a place where you feel like you can settle in and show up just as you are.
